Today we have three missions.
- Try a new healthy food. Asparagus, rainbow chard, shiitake mushrooms, tahini,
etc. Choose whatever you like and try!
- Sitting is not good for you, so your challenge today is
to get up and move at least once an hour. Whether you do
some jumping jacks, walk to the water cooler, or try a few stretches,
every little bit counts!
- We all are fast eaters these days. Today we eat each meal for at least 26 minutes. Quite a challenge, hah?! Savor food, feel all the textures and flavors of the food.
