Stretch and fish

Ok! I hope you didn't forget our resolution!
Here is a very short workout I want you to do today:

First you stretch for a few minutes. Here are a few ideas:
And here are the videos you do after you stretch.

Air squats
Push ups
Burpees
Sit ups

If you can't do it well- that's OK. If you can't keep up- that's also fine.
After you watch the video and get an idea, try to do it in your own pace.
Don't forget to stretch after you exercise!

I would also ask you to eat fish today. We are supposed to do that at least twice a week.

Keep your spirits up!!!
