Mercury, slow eating and healthy snacks.

Hello, everyone!!

How have you been these days? 

Do you remember that today a special astrological Mercury period started and would be over on February 12th? You are not supposed to start anything new, to buy anything expensive, you are supposed to finish you previous business. 

So today I would ask you to think what you ate recentely. Were you eating in the car, watching TV? Were you in a hurry? 

Please, slow down today. Take all distractions away while you eat. 

Write down a list of foods that you can eat instead of your usual treat: greek yougurt with honey instead of ice cream, dried cranberries instead of candies. 

Think of some other options: pineapple cubes with shredded coconut, mango cubes with plain yougurt, toast with goat cheese, etc.
