Probiotics, slow-chewing and walking the neighbour's dog.

Hello there!!! Did you have your morning oil and lemon juice for lunch?  How did you like the scrub? I bet it made you feel good. We have to learn to love ourselves. You need to fall in love with yourself, your body, your voice, your soul. That the first rule!!!
Let's talk about portions today. We eat big portions. Try not to eat in front of the TV or computer. Serve beautiful meal, lay the table, smell and taste every bite you eat, enjoy it. I noticed that my daughter eats very slowly. When we all finish the second portion she barely finishes the first one.
It is very important to chew well every bite.
Make yourself a good breakfast today and enjoy every bite of it.
To our oil-lemon juice routine we add probiotics. These are really good for you!

  • Drinkable and squeezable yogurts

If you have a dog that's great- you have a perfect walking buddy. If you don't - ask your friends and neigbours to walk their dog twice a week. It would be help for them and you would benefit from walking outside. You can start right away!
